The OpenFLEX, Inc. system, AIMS-I, is a fully integrated solution that not only provides automated policy administration, but also focuses on workflow in order to maximize efficiency throughout the office.

The level of automation provided by AIMS-I has given CFP the opportunity to redesign workflows throughout the office for improved efficiency in all departments. The flexibility of the system has permitted CFP to adapt to rate and regulation changes, workflow enhancement and user system requests in a timely manner. This flexibility and the ability to handle multiple lines of business paved the way for a seamless implementation of the lines of business we write.

Before, during and after implementation, OpenFLEX, Inc. did and continues to be committed to delivering solutions on time and works well with CFP staff in meeting CFP's goals.
